EXCELLENT REMINGTON RIDER’S PATENT .32 RF CAL. DERINGER CIRCA 1871. 6” O/A with 3” octagon barrel stamped on the rib “E. REMINGTON & SONS, ILION, N.Y./RIDER’S PAT. AUG. 16,1871”. 100% original and with very nearly all (99%) of the original factory nickel plating. Hammer with all the original blue and the breech-bolt with the dark case hardening. Original rosewood grips with the original finish. In perfect working order and with a nice bore. In really nice condition and quite scarce. Along with the Volcanic the only successful American pistols made with a tubular magazine.
